| Abstract: | Cultural power is the new focus for the development of the Blue Economic Zone,and is the key for the Economic Zone to play its role as an engine.There are both advantages and shortcomings in the cultural power development of the Blue Economic Zone.We must bring into full play our advantages in cultural power,make all efforts to gather the core culture power of the Blue Economic Zone,and establish the system to promote the development of cultural power. |
