| 摘 要： | 白领犯罪 (white -collarcrime)是美国犯罪学家兼社会学家埃德温·萨瑟兰提出的一个概念 ,是对犯罪学和社会学的一大贡献。本文从社会学的角度论述了萨瑟兰的生平、提出白领犯罪的背景、提出白领犯罪的意义以及白领犯罪的新近发展。
