| 摘 要： | 侦查活动是一种活力对抗,其攻防的明暗、态势的不对等,必然使其具有对策思维的谋略性,侦查谋略的运用不可避免。在探讨谋略思维和侦查谋略及其特征的基础上,我们可以明确侦查谋略在侦查对策中的位置。
