| Abstract: | Hong Kong' s return to her mainland China has accelerated the development of both her motherland and that of her own. The establishment of mutual assistance in criminal judicature can not merely effectively crack down crimes of any sort while safeguarding the stability and prosperity, in either mainland China or Hong Kong, but also provide a judicial model for Taiwan and Macao in their correlative administration of criminal judicature. |
