| 摘 要： | 朱熹法律思想在中国法律思想史上有其重要的地位.天理说是朱熹法律思想的理论基础;德礼政刑、刑以弼教的德刑观;以严为本而以宽济之的司法观;任贤使能的人治观构成其法律思想的基本内容;朱熹法律思想是对孔子以降的儒家法律思想的传承和发展,其法律思想具有革新性和经世致用性,对后世的法律思想产生了重要影响.

| Abstract: | The law ideology of zhuxi has consequence in Chinese law ideology history.The ideology of justice is the theory base of the law ideology of zhuxi.Their basic contents include two ideology: one is morals and punishments ideology,another is justice ideology.The ideology of rule by person is the basic content of his law ideology.The law ideology of zhuxi have developed the Confucianism,it have characters of renovation and practicality,and have important influence on aftertime ideology. |
