| 摘 要： | 自2003年以来,俄美关系摩擦增多,其主要原因是地缘政治存在严重利益分歧,此外,两国解释国际关系的符号系统也存在重大差别.本文从符号学意义集中讨论俄美关系.在冷战结束后十几年里,美国通过改变俄罗斯的符号系统而对其施加"软"影响的努力并没有达到预期结果,俄罗斯继续使用"反霸"符号系统来解读美国发出的信息,而且对外政策形成举国上下的一致性.
