| Abstract: | This paper proceeds from the spirit distinctions of the economic law and administrative law and then deducts their distinctions in research methods, contents of rules, function, and subject of regulation. It can be said that this can put forward a new viewpoint of thinking for studying the distinction of the above laws. |
