| 摘 要： | 中非合作论坛的召开使中非农业合作进入了一个新的阶段,呈现出无偿援助与互利合作相结合、技术示范与投资开发并存、双边援助与多边援助互相补充等新特点。以互利共赢为基础的形式多样的中非农业合作,促进了非洲国家经济社会的发展,受到非洲国家普遍的欢迎,同时,也符合中国的利益,政治上进一步密切与非洲国家的传统友谊,经济上做到优势互补、互利互惠。正确认识中非农业合作的现状与特点,有助于我们从根本上回应西方媒体炒作的所谓"中国海外屯田"说。
