| Abstract: | This essay is an analysis of humanpower resources, humanpower capital and related concepts and their interrelationships. Proceeding from the relationship between education on the one hand and humanpower resources development and humanpower capital accumulation, it also expounds the relation of womenpower capital accumulation to the enhancement of women's own status as well as to national socio-economic development, and explores the ways of improving women's education and accelerating the transformation of womenpower resources into humanpower capital. |
