| 摘 要： | 农村金融市场的监管是涉及到建设社会主义新农村和构建和谐社会的重要问题,目前农村金融市场的混乱导致农村的经济发展在源头上缺乏动力,外资的注入更使得农村金融市场迫切地需要选择经济法的路径进行监管。
