| 摘 要： | 如何正确认识和谐社会警民关系的内涵特征和构建和谐社会警民关系的作用意义,怎样努力构建和谐社会警民关系,是当前公安工作中具有全局性战略意义的一个重要课题。要采取一些方法和措施扎实构建和谐社会警民关系,坚持科学发展观,坚持群众路线,树立良好执法形象。

| Abstract: | Presently,there's a very meaningful task in our security public work,namely,correct understanding the connotation of the relationships between the people and the police,realizing the significance of building harmonious relationship and trying to construct harmonious relationship between them.This paper puts forward that we should take measures to build harmonious relationship between the people and the police,adhere to scientific development philosophy,uphold the mass line,and establish good image of law enforcement. |
