| Abstract: | Traditional Chinese ethics has something in common with the essence of modern spirit of contract, namely, the pursuit of faith and morals. As two different spiritual concepts, both show more differences in values. Modern spirit of contract includes senses of equality, freedom and rights and obligations and these senses can afford active lessons in the establishment of Modern Chinese ethics. |
