建构支撑制度创新的强有力的意识形态

改革开放以来,我们正是依靠马克思主义意识形态的创新指导了20多年的制度创新进程,在全球化浪潮冲击面前保持着当代中国改革向前推进的活力.但是在今天,面对深刻的全球化态势给马克思主义意识形态的挑战,支撑中国制度创新的意识形态呈现出一种复杂局面.鉴于意识形态与制度和体制共存亡的特点,我们必须在全球化的世界大潮中,为维护当代中国社会主义制度的生存、发展与创新而加强马克思主义意识形态理论体系的建设和创新.在当代中国,只有马克思主义意识形态处于变动世界的创新进程之中,才能推进适应这一世界的国度进行制度和体制创新.

Building an Ideology for Systematic Innovation

Since the reform and opening-up, we have been carrying out our systematic innovation for over 20 years under the guidance of the ideological innovation of Marxism and therefore, maintained a steady advance of our reform in face of the impact from globalization. However, the new ideology for Chinese systematic innovation has shown complex situations in front of the challenge brought to Marxism by globalization. Since ideology coexists with system and structure, we should, in the tide of globalization, strengthen the building and innovation of theoretical system of Marxism so as to maintain the existence, development and innovation of Chinese socialist system. In modem China, only by adapting itself to the changing world of innovation can Marxism facilitate the country in implementing systematic and structural innovation.
