| Abstract: | The administrative lawsuit system helps improve the style of administrative function of public security organs in conformity with legal provisions.Public security organs should be conscious of the importance of settling according to law and standardize the administrative activity.At the same time,public security organs must amplify necessary rules and systems in order to develop the police's ability to deal with cases according to law. |
