| 摘 要： | 2010年越南形势可以概括为以下几个特点:政治社会稳定;经济稳步发展;利用担任东盟轮值主席国的机会积极开展外交活动。2011年,越南将继续保持政治社会稳定;经济将保持一定的增长;同时将继续积极参与东盟地区和国际上的各种外交活动,为本国的发展创造和平的外部环境。

| Abstract: | Vietnam’s situation in 2010 can be summed up as the following charicateristics:stable politics and society,steadily-developing economy and active diplomacy under the opportunity as the rotating president of ASEAN. In 2011,Vietnam will continue its political and social stabality and economic growth rate. Meanwhile,Vietnam will continue to participate actively in all sorts of ASEAN’s or international diplomacy to create a peaceful environment for the national development. |
