| 摘 要： | 社会主义新农村建设是党中央构建和谐社会的重大战略决策。农村精英是社会主义新农村建设的中坚力量。然而,近些年来,农村精英缺失日益严重,一定程度上影响到我国＂社会主义新农村建设＂重大战略决策的实施,解决农村精英缺失问题势在必然且迫在眉睫。
