| 摘 要： | 与传统的思想政治教育相比，以社会主义荣辱观为指导开展思想政治工作，做到了教育对象的广泛性与重点性结合，指出了新时期思想政治教育的具体内容和有效方法，而且能够适应时代的呼唤，为构建和谐社会进程中的思想政治教育评估提供明确、可操作的新尺度。

| Abstract: | Compared with traditional ideological political education, taking socialist concept of honour and disgrace as the direction to develop ideological political work eombined the universality with the emphasis of educational objects, pointed out the concrete content and effective way of ideological political education in new period, eould be fit for the call of new era, and supplied the new exact manipulable measure for ideological political educational evaluation in the process of building new socialist countryside and harmonic society. |
