关于修订“脑死亡法”的思考

人的呼吸停止 ,心脏不再跳动 ,就是死亡。死亡可分为呼吸性死亡与心脏性死亡。脑死亡是指大脑、小脑、脑干等全部脑功能永久性不可逆转的丧失和停止 ,是人的个体死亡的新概念、新定义。脑死亡是对我国传统死亡概念的挑战。脑死亡就是死亡中不可挽救的死亡。脑死亡依据严格的现代医学诊断标准并建立起相关法律、法规 ,必将显示出强大的生命力 ,有助于器官移植的开展和救死扶伤抢救生命的实施。

THINKING ON REVISION OF LAW ON BRAIN DEATH

It means death when a person stops breathing and heartbeating.Death can be identified as breath or heart death. Brain death,featuring permanent irreversible out-of-work and halt of one's brain,is a new concept and definition relating to one's death and a challenge to traditional concept of death as well. Brain death refers to death that can't be rescued in dying state. Once laws and regulations concerned are established in accordance with strict modern medical standard,brain death will show great vitality in helping carry out organ-transplanting and heal the wounded and rescue the dying and save lives.
