马来西亚华社当代发展起来的庆春活动

马来西亚华社在庆祝传统农历新年时,除了传承一些中华文化传统习俗之外,还发展起一系列别具特色的庆春活动。本文通过对团拜、举办文化展览和各种比赛、热心公益事业和"闹元宵"等马来西亚华人新年活动的论述,力图在再现马来西亚华人现当代发展起来的庆春活动概貌的同时,发掘其在促进华族文化传承、增强华社凝聚力、增进族群和谐等方面的精神内涵。

The Spring Festival Celebrations Developed In The Contemporary Malaysian Chinese Communities

When Malaysian Chinese communities celebrate the traditional Chinese New Year, they not only pass on the Chinese traditions, but also develop a series of distinctive celebrations for the spring festival. This paper, by expounding the Malaysian Chinese New Year customs such as gathering, the cultural exhibitions and various of competitions, the public undertakings and the ＂Lantern celebration＂, aims to redisplay the New Year culture developed by the contemporary Malaysian Chinese communities. Through the extrinsic view of these New Year celebrations, it also explores some intrinsic spiritual meaning for the promotion of Chinese cultural inheritance, the enhancement of cohesion in the Chinese communities, and the deepening of the ethnic harmony.
