| 摘 要： | 在传统概念中，民间融资容易与非法集资、地下钱庄、放高利贷等负面内容相联系，民间融资与合法、违法以及非法集资的概念之间尚存在模糊区域。科学界定民间融资的含义、类型和特征等问题，对于指导政府制定符合实际的民间融资相关规则、规范引导民间融资都有重要意义。

| Abstract: | In people＇s traditional view, folk finance is easily connected with some negative issues such as illegal collection of fund, unauthorized bank, usurious loan, and so on. There is still unclear field between the definitions of folk finance, legal collection of fund, illegal collection of fund, and unlawful collection of fund. The meaning, types, and features should be scientifically defined, which is significant for the government to regulate and guide folk finance and to issue practical and suitable rules in the field. |
