新时期高校交往思想政治教育模式的有效建构

要提高高校思想政治教育实效，必须实现自身超越，从主客两分的工具理性中摆脱出来，回归本真的交往实践。高校交往思想政治教育模式是一种以主体间交往理性为核心的、适应现代社会的具有可操作性的教育模式与方法。它包括思想政治教育共同体、思想政治教育规范、理想化的交往情境、生活化的语言、共识与觉解等五个要素，较之传统思想政治教育模式具有主体平等性、潜移默化性、日常生活性、人际互动性等四个特征，其实施应从变革思维范式，回归生活世界、融入日常交往、提升交往能力等四个方面加以把握。

On the Effective Construction of the Communication Mode for Ideological and Political Education in Universities in the New Era

To improve ideological and political education in universities, we must surmount the traditional education mode,making the education break away from its nature of being a tool, which has always been separated the subjects from objects,and return to the authentic communicative practice. The communication mode for ideological and political education in universities is a feasible education mode and method that centers on rational communication between subjects and objects, which is suitable for modern society. The mode contains five elements such as community of ideological and political education, regulations for ideological and political education, idealized environment for communication, languages close to daily life, common sense and understanding. Compared with the traditional ideological and political education mode, we find the communication mode embodies four features such as equality between subjects, unconsciously influence, being close to daily life, and interpersonal reaction. To conduct the education mode, we should focus on the four aspects such as changing thinking modes, returning to daily life, blending with daily communications, and improving communicative competence.
