大学生德育激励机制的作用、优化体系及实现途径

激励是提高思想政治教育有效性的关键所在。在现行的德育框架下，探讨激励的运行机理需要把握两个要点：一是德育工作者如何建立起与大学生在目标、利益上的内在关联性；二是这种内在关联性在大学生身上如何起作用。其中，德育工作者的特性、大学生的特性，以及可能拥有的激励手段系统具有的特性是影响激励机制运行的关键性因素。

On the Role, Optimization System and Realization Approach of College Students＇ Moral Education and Encouragement Mechanism

Encouragement is the key to improve the efficiency of ideological and political education. With the current moral education system, to study the encouragement mechanism, we should focus on two points including, how educators establish internal connection with college students in terms of goal and interest, and how this connection work on the students. In the course, there are several key elements such as educators＇ features, college students＇ features and the features of possible encouragement approach system that are influencing encouragement mechanism to run effectively.
