新生代农民工的群体特点、问题与反思

新生代农民工成长于我国改革开放进一步深入、城镇化加速推进的宏观社会背景下。一方面，他们大多接受过初中以上教育，向往公平与平等，追求工作的发展性；另一方面，由于各种因素的影响，不少新生代农民工又成了城市和农村都很难融入的“边缘性群体”。消解新生代农民工群体的“边缘性”问题，应当从家庭、学校、社会三个向度进行整体思考。

Considerations on the Features and Problems of Peasant Workers of New Generations

Peasant workers of new generations are brought up under the macro social background of the further conduction of reform and opening - up policy as well as the quickened urbanization. On the one hand, the workers, having received education above secondary school level, long for justice and equality; on the other hand, due to several reasons, many of the workers become the ＂marginal group＂ that have trouble in emerging into both cities and rural areas. To solve the workers＇ ＂marginal＂ problems, we should make general considerations in three aspects such as family, school, and society.
