| 摘 要： | 中国加入WTO后 ,首先就要经过解放思想 ,树立“学术自由”、“大学自治”的大学理念。实行大学自治是解决中国大学目前存在的许多严重弊端问题的最好选择。同时应采取以内涵式发展为主 ,外延式发展为辅的发展模式。在我国实现高等教育“大众化”的过程中 ,更要重视精英教育。

| Abstract: | With China's entry into WTO, a need is felt in its higher education for further emancipation of the mind in such a way as to make "academic freedom" and "university autonomy" a reality. Autonomy of universities is the best solution to many of the problems presently existing in China's higher education. In line with this, university education should proceed in the direction of internal rather than external development, laying emphasis on quality or elite education while popularizing higher education among the masses. |
