党的十七大提出要弘扬中华文化,建设共有精神家园。建设共有精神家园是提升核心价值理念、道德情操和建设和谐社会的需要,是增强民族凝聚力、向心力、亲和力,以及增进中华文化认同感、归属感、安顿感的需要。和谐、和合文化是中华民族人文精神的基本理念和首要价值,是中华民族传统文化思想的精粹和生命智慧,是中华民族精神的体现,也是中华心、民族魂的表征。化解人类冲突,构建和谐世界需要倡导和谐理念,弘扬和谐文化。

Carrying Forward the Harmony Culture and Building a Harmonious World——the Contemporary Value of Chinese Traditional Though about Harmony

In the Seventeenth National Congress of the CPC is raised the mission of carrying forward Chinese culture and building a shared spiritual home. The construction of shared spiritual home is necessary for improving the core values and moral sentiment and building the harmonious society, and necessary for reinforcing the cohesion, centripetal force and appetency among the ethnic groups and enhancing the identification, belongingness and settlement within the Chinese culture. The culture of harmony and introjecting is the basic idea and primary value of the human spirit of Chinese nationalities, the essence and life wisdom of the traditional culture and thoughts of Chinese nationalities, the embodiment of the spirit of Chinese nationalities, and the representation of Chinese heart and Chinese soul. To dissolve conflicts among the human being and build up a harmonious world, we need to advocate the idea of harmony and carry forward the culture of harmony.
