| 摘 要： | 随着社会经济的发展,大型社会活动越来越多。大型活动的举办,对于丰富人民生活,提高人民生活水平,扩大城市的知名度,促进经济发展,都具有重大的推进作用。但是,大型活动的举办也存在一些法律问题,主要是指法律规范性不够和法律位阶不高。

| Abstract: | With the economic and social development,more and more large-scale social activities have emerged.Large-scale social activities play an important role in improving the people's living standards and promoting economic development.But at the same time,there are also some legal issues.This means that the nature of legal norms and legal level is not high enough.This paper attempts to analyze these problems to help the healthy development of large-scale activities. |
