| Abstract: | To perfect the BOT legislation,in accordance with the basic theory of investment and subject to the specific circum-stances in our country,this article suggests several principles which should be insisted such as:the ownership should belong to the in vestor,both domestic and overseas investors are welcomed,the project should win limited support from the government ,the govern ment should be responsible for total quality control,the project transfer should be complete,and so on.Besides,we should hold the right developing direction of BOT investment in practice. |
