技术是产业发生和发展的先导,技术结构变革是产业结构演变的主要动因,建立在知识与技术基础之上随着技术变化而变化的产业结构变革被称为“产业结构软化”,因此技术变革就成为了产业结构软化的本源。当前我国正处于经济发展的关键时期,我们只有以世界新技术革命为契机,努力提升产业结构软化度,积极主动地进行产业结构的战略性调整,才能真正成为“技术强国”、“产业强国”,乃至“经济强国”。
