| 摘 要： | 纪检制度的发展是一个制度变迁过程,与改革开放历程是同步的.以30年来不同时期的制度成果为标志,我国纪检制度的发展历程可以大致分成重建阶段、探索阶段、发展阶段和基本成型阶段.其中,纪委领导体制发生了"单一领导-双重领导-直接领导"的变迁,办公体制发生了"纪检-肩挑-纪检监察分工合作-纪检监察合署办公"的变迁.创新纪检制度和增强党内监督效力的主要方向在于提高纪检机关的独立性和权威性.
