| 摘 要： | 本文从国际反垄断规则冲突产生的原因入手,分析了国际上相关冲突解决的理论实践,介绍了冲突规则间接调整反垄断法之途径,并结合我国《国际私法示范法》〔1〕及《民法典(草案)》第9编的相关内容,提出对我国未来国际私法在反垄断规则方面的立法建议。

| Abstract: | This article firstly analyzes the causes of the conflicts of the international anti-monopoly rules and then,briefly reviews and appraises the developing theories and legislations about settlements to the conflicts, especially on the conflict rules. In the end, it puts forward some legislative advice on how to improve our country's anti-monopoly rules. |
