网络群体性事件的政府应对研究

在高速发展的互联网信息技术助推下，现实中的群体性事件在虚拟社会得以重演，已构成当下政府面临的一种新形势新挑战。因此，如何防范应对已成为构建和谐网络虚拟社会的重要议题。政府应加强对网络群体性事件的监控和引导，完善利益表达与整合机制，完善信息发布机制建设，强化官员问责制度，对于那些恶意发布虚假信息或恶意中伤报复的网络行为人，更要采取行政和法律手段进行惩处。
