| 摘 要： | 坚持任人唯贤 ,是加强和改进党的作风建设的组织保证。用什么人 ,不用什么人 ,对党的作风建设具有重要的导向作用。因此 ,坚持用好的作风选人、选作风好的人 ,是新形势下对选拔任用工作提出的新要求 ,对建设一支符合“三个代表”重要思想要求的高素质干部队伍具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Sticking to promoting Party cardres on their merits is an organizational guarantee for improving the building of the Party style. What kind of people should be promoted or not be promoted takes a great leading role in Party's style building. Therefore, promoting people of fine style in a good way of style is a new demand for selecting and appointing work in the new situation, and it is of great guiding signifcance in building a contingent of cardres who are highly competent and tally with the demand of the "Three Represents". |
