| 摘 要： | 在全球经济衰退的背景下,中国经济增长的内外环境发生了很大变化,内需不足已成为中国经济增长的瓶颈。要扩大内需,必须要保障劳动者的就业,增加他们的消费能力。因此,如何合理的使用和配置人力资源成为中国经济增长转型的关键。

| Abstract: | In the context of the global economic depression,great changes have taken place in the internal and external environments of Chinese economic growth,and the inadequate domestic demand has become a bottleneck restricting the economic growth of China. In order to expand the domestic demand,we must guarantee the laborers’ employment and increase their consuming power. Hence,to reasonably use and allocate human resources has become the key point for the transformation of Chinese economic growth. |
