| 摘 要： | 随着中国对外籍执法警察培训数量的增多，一定程度上给培训管理工作提出了挑战。其中跨文化差异成为重要的因素之一。本文就外警学员在中国培训期间的文化不适进行分析并从跨文化的视角对该问题的管理进行多角度归纳和总结分析。

| Abstract: | Along with the increasing terms of foreign police training programs,challenges have been posed in front of the managers of trainings.Among them,culture shock is a highlighted problem.This essay has analyzed reasons leading to cultural discomfort of foreign police trainees in China,and concluded how to adjust management to solve this problem from the cross-culture perspective. |
