Study on the Criminal Pathway Regulation Optimization of the Crime of Financing

It is useful to grasp the regulation functions and structures of the criminal law to control the direct and indirect crimes of financing with the point view of conformity of legal,illegal and criminal civil financing.It can be helpful to review and rethink the imperfection,offside and disorganization of financial regulation and criminal control measures.The key point to solve the structural unbalance and disorganization of the crime of financing is to realize the equal criminal law protection of both the direct and indirect financing market and to separate the proof pressure between the subjective and objective crime constituent.
