| 摘 要： | 当前警察群体倦怠现象日益突出,严重影响警察个体的工作生活,对此本研究探讨了贵州警察工作倦怠的现状,以贵州警察为被试进行了问卷调查,通过相关分析、方差分析等方法对数据进行统计,得出以下结论：警察的工作倦怠水平偏高,情绪耗竭相对去人性化和个人成就感降低两个维度呈较高水平;警察的情绪耗竭水平在性别、年龄、警种和文化程度方面存在显著性差异;去人性化水平在年龄、警种和文化程度方面存在显著性差异;个人成就感降低水平在警种和文化程度方面存在显著性差异。

| Abstract: | At present the phenomenon of police＇s job burnout is increasing day by day,which seriously affects police＇s work and life,and I studied the present situation of police＇s job burnout of Guizhou Province and concluded by questionnaire of questioning the police,compiling statistics through relative analysis and analysis of variance： the level of police＇s job burnout is high,and emotional exhaustion is higher relative to dehumanization and reduced personal accomplishment;The level of police＇s emotional exhaustion has apparent differences in gender,age,police and education;Dehumanization has apparent differences in age,police and education;Reduced personal accomplishment has apparent differences in police and education. |
