德育理念与德育改革—新世纪德育人性化走向

摘    要:德育理念是德育的根本指导思想,提升德育理念是德育深层次改革的需要,是德育改革的最高境界,德育的人性化体现了现代德育精神,反映了新世纪德育的走向,它符合人的本性,也符合德育的本性,在对待的态度,方式上由物化走向人化,由灌输走向对话,由限制走向解决;德育本体应当与人的生命整体,与教育和人的生活整体融合。

Abstract:The moral education idea is the guiding ideology of moral education.The paper indicates that currently the moral education idea is undergoing a great change,showing a tendency towards humanistic moral education,that is,emphasizing the importance of the subjective initiative of educational objects and placing the interaction between educational objects and educatiors at the frontfore.This paper also points out that the moral education should be wholly in harmony with the life of human beings,only by achieving which the actual effect can be achieved to the greatest extent.
