远东共和国的民族政策与北方小民族

从布尔什维克党民族政策的纲领出发等,远东共和国制定并执行了一条符合当地实际情况的正确的民族政策。它宣布各民族一律平等,赋予土著民族,包括北方小民族以自治权,建立了民族事务部。民族事务部和地方政权机关采取一系列果断措施拯救濒临绝境的北方小民族,并在一些地区通过选举成立了北方小民族自治机构———土著人管理局。

THE FAR EAST'S NATIONAL POLICY AND THE NATIONAL MINORITIES IN THE NORTH

According to the guiding principle of Bolshevik party's national policy,the Far East Republic worked out and implement a correct national policy which accorded with a local real situation,declared that all the nationalities were equal,gave autonomous right to local minorities,including the national tribes in the north,and set up a department of national affairs.The department and local government adopted a series of measures to save the tribes in the north that were close to an impasse.and the autonomous institutions for the north minorities-native administration bureaus were established by voting.
