| 摘 要： | 社会主义初级阶段本身包含若干个小阶段，十七大所说我国进入的新的发展阶段，指的是十七大及其以后的一段时间，我们无疑应该坚持我国将长期处于社会主义初级阶段的正确结论。但是，坚持这个结论决不是要机械地、僵化理解和对待这个结论。深入地认识和把握我国发展的阶段性特征，才能全面地和正确地理解社会主义初级阶段的国情，才能正确地制定政策和正确地处理不断变化发展的事物矛盾，才能在新的形势下推动中国特色社会主义事业向前发展。

| Abstract: | Primary stage of socialism includes some branch stages.We are in a new branch stage of developing during 17th NCCPC and after that.We undoubtedly should follow the correct theory that China will be long-term in primary stage of socialism.Only deeply grasp the stage characteristics of China,can we understand the national conditions in primary stage of socialism,can we formulate correct policy to promote development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in new conditions. |
