| 摘 要： | 治安案件查处工作是治安管理工作的重要组成部分,治安案件受案不实直接影响公安工作正确决策、干扰治安秩序、破坏警民关系。本文分析了治安案件受理工作的现状、探讨了治安案件受案不实的原因,并提出了相应的对策。

False public security cases directly affected the right decision of public security work, disturbed the public order,and destructed the public relations.This paper analyzed the status of accepting the security cases, discussed the reasons of false security cases, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures. |
