论儒学核心价值观的普世性与当代儒学的新形态

在探讨“普世性价值观”是否可能的前提下，着重探讨了儒学的根本精神、基本特性、核心价值观念及其普世性的问题，在此基础上阐述了当代儒学新形态——民主仁学的新思维。作者认为，儒学的根本精神是道德人文主义精神，具有道德主体性、人文性、整体性、实用性、开放性等特性。其核心价值观念是仁爱、和谐、诚信、中庸四大范畴。民主仁学的基本思想模式是“以民主仁爱为体，以科技法制为用”，是以多元和谐文化观为指导的文化哲学。

Universality of Confucian Core Value and New Form of Modern Confucianism

Under the discussion of the possibility of universal value, the paper focuses on the fundemental spirits, basic features, core value and its universality of Confucianism and its new modern form- democratic humanism. The author holds that Confucian spirit is moral humanism with subjectivity, completeness, pragmaticness and openness; its core values are benevolence, harmony, trust and credit, and moderation. The new thinking mode is a kind of cultural philosophy guided by multiple harmonious cultures, that is, democracy and benevolence as body, technology, science and legal system as tools.
