| 摘 要： | 一、问题的提出 2008年1月16日,国家正式批准实施<广西北部湾经济区发展规划>.广西北部湾经济区(以下简称"北部湾经济区")地处我国沿海西南端,由南宁、北海、钦州、防城港4市所辖行政区域组成,陆地国土面积4．25万平方公里,2007年末总人口1279．15万人,占广西总人口的25．57％;地区生产总值1778．79亿元,占广西生产总值的29．87％①.

| Abstract: | According to the nature,position and developmental goals of the Guangxi Beibu-Gulf Economic Zone,it analyzes the environmental carrying capacity on land,water and atmospheric resources,and shows that the Environmental Carrying Capacity in the Guangxi Beibu-Gulf Economic Zone has a developmental room and ensures that its planning and industrial developmental needs of the Guangxi Beibu-Gulf Economic Zone. |
