| Abstract: | From the procedure perspective,the core issue in Li Zhuang case is not the nature of Li Zhuang s behavior,but how the court will determine the nature of Li Zhuang case.Starting discussing from the German criminal defender s theories and the related jurisprudences,we d like to study the rights of the German criminal defenders and the delicate relationship between the defender and the accused in order to verify the right judgment in Li Zhuang case. |
