| 摘 要： | 证人保护制度是刑事诉讼活动中一项重要的保障措施,目前不少国家和地区都已建立了这项制度。我国虽然也有一些相关的措施散见于现行立法中,但尚不够完善,还不能很好地解决证人因缺乏保护而不愿出庭作证的问题。
