湖南省城市居民小区治安防控体系建设调查报告--以长沙市城市居民小区为参照

文章以长沙市城市居民小区治安防控体系建设调查情况为参照,分析了当前湖南省城市居民小区治安形势的基本状况,认为当前城市居民小区的治安状况不太乐观,治安防控体系虽然有了一定的规模,但还存在不少的问题,小区居民治安防范意识还比较淡薄,居民参与治安防范的积极性还不是很高,小区治安防控体系不够完善,治安防范的硬件建设不是非常的齐全,管理不是十分到位,而且一些社会外部因素也对小区的治安状况产生了直接的影响.要消除上述问题,必须以社区警务建设为龙头,全面推进居民小区治安防范工作;充分发挥居民小区社区管理机构的管理组织功能,促进安全文明社区建设;加强小区的各项硬件建设,完善小区自我防范功能;提高居民的自我防范意识和维护社会治安的参与意识.

Survey on the Construction of Public Security Administration System of Urban Community in Hunan Province

This article,based on the survey on the construction of public security administration system of urban community,analyzes the basic state of the security situation of residential neighborhood in Hunan province,and concludes that the security situation in this kind of area is not optimistic.The problems are embodied in the weak consciousness of security prevention and the low enthusiasm in the participation of residents in security prevention and also in the lack of hardware construction and of proper management.To solve the abovementioned problems,measures must be taken to establish the community policing to promote thecommunity civilization construction,to strengthen the hardware construction of community and perfect the self-protection functions and to enhance the participation consciousness of residents in maintaining social order.
