| Abstract: | Crime of harboring a mafia-style syndicate means the behaviors of the state personnel harboring a mafia-style syndicate. It is a new charge be added in the 4th style of 294th in the criminal law after be revised. What is the direct object that the crime infringed? Whether the object is only the mafia-style syndicate? How to define it and if the legislative of it need to be improved or not. These problems all need researching. |
