| 摘 要： | 《消防法》第53条规定了公安派出所的消防监督检查职能。由于思想认识不足、制度激励不足、资源配置不足、知识供给不足等原因,公安派出所履行消防监督检查职能的现状不容乐观。在分析法律赋予派出所消防监督检查职能的必要性的基础上,提出提升公安派出所消防监督管理效能的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The article 53 of the Fire Control Law stipulates the functions of fire control,supervision and inspection by local police stations.Because of the lack of understanding,incentive system,allocation of resources,supply of knowledge and so on,the situation of performing these functions by local police stations is not optimistic.On the basis of analyzing the necessity of performing the functions of fire control,supervision and inspection by local police stations,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and proposals on advancing the efficiency of local police stations in this respect. |
