| 摘 要： | 大学生党员是党和人民事业接班人的重要力量,构建大学生党员先进性教育长效机制,是高校党建的重要任务,也是实现高校人才培养目标的必然要求。分析了构建高校大学生党员先进性教育长效机制的重要性及特点,并从实践上提出构建大学生党员先进性教育的工作机制。
