| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着新型农村社区的不断涌现,对社区党组织建设提出了更高要求。正确分析农村社区党组织职能发挥的现状,从实际出发,科学定位党组织职能,充分发挥党组织作用,构筑完善的党组织运行机制,是新形势下全面推进农村社区建设的一项重要任务。

| Abstract: | The occurrence of new type of community in rural areas brings higher requirement for the construction of CPC’s organization at basic level.Under this new situation,in order to push forward the overall construction of social community in rural areas,it is important for the CPC to correctly realize the status of the function of its organizations in rural community and scientifically re-define the function of theses organizations,meanwhile,the CPC should establish better operating mechanism to allow full play of the function of these organization. |
