| 摘 要： | 宽严相济刑事政策作为当前惩治犯罪、防卫社会的重要刑事政策之一,对于促进警察执法的规范化建设具有重要价值.因此,在当前警察执法规范化建设全面展开的背景下,应当以规范警察执法为视角,在重新剖析宽严相济刑事政策实质内涵的基础上,纠正当前警察执法过程中宽严失衡的现实问题,将宽严相济刑事政策全面贯彻到警察执法实践中,切实推进公安机关规范执法.

| Abstract: | Criminal policy of temper justice with mercy is one of the important criminal policies of punishing crime and protecting society,which plays a key role in promoting the standardization construction of police law enforcement. Therefore, under the background of current full standardization construction of police law enforcement, some real problems on imbalance of temper justice with mercy in police work should be corrected based on analyzing the essential connotation of temper justice with mercy with the perspective of standardized police law enforcement so as to make the criminal police of temper justice with mercy fully implemented in police law enforce- ment and promote the standardization of law police enforcement. |
